The doors have closed, the ribbons have been awarded, and the excitement is still buzzing. The 2026 Wilmington Parade of Homes has come and gone, and what a ride it was!
Every year, this event stands as one of the most anticipated moments on our calendar. And this year? It delivered in every way.

From the moment the gates opened on the first weekend, the energy was undeniable. Traffic through all three homes was steady, enthusiastic, and full of the kind of excitement that reminds us exactly why we love what we do. Guests explored every detail; from the craftsmanship in the millwork to the finishes in the kitchens and baths. And we loved every conversation along the way!
