Your Selections Appointment: What to Expect
Your selections appointment will take place about 60 days before your home breaks ground. This time allows us to finalize your choices while completing the detailed pre-construction process behind the scenes. During your appointment, we will review your home plans in detail—so you’ll leave feeling informed, confident, and excited about what we’re building for you. This is the fun part! Our team will guide you every step of the way, from helping you prepare to understanding your style and budget before you even step into the studio. We offer a generous library of options, and if you're looking for something extra special, we can incorporate a few luxury features to personalize your dream home even more. We can’t wait to walk through this next step with you!
