What to Expect at the Parade of Homes
Spanning two full weekends, the Wilmington Parade of Homes stretches from Onslow County down to southern Brunswick County. This coastal showcase highlights the craftsmanship, creativity, and livability that define homes in this region.
Unlike traditional open houses, the Parade of Homes is designed to be a self-guided, low-pressure experience. You can tour at your own pace, visit the communities that interest you most, and take in the details that matter to you—without any obligation.
