Founded in 1989 by Dan and Miriam Kent, Kent Homes began with a simple belief: great homes are built on trust, honesty, and open communication.
What started as a family business is now a woman-owned, second-generation company and one of the Carolina coast’s most respected homebuilders. Under owner Ashley Kent, we deliver thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a customer-first process that provides confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.
