What Does the Guildmaster Award with Distinction Mean?

GuildQuality recognizes top-performing home builders, remodelers, and residential construction professionals based on two key performance metrics:

•Survey response rate

The average customer recommendation rate across the residential construction industry is approximately 70%. To earn a Guildmaster Award, builders must achieve a "Likely to Recommend" score of at least 90%.

To receive the prestigious Guildmaster Award with Distinction, companies must maintain an outstanding recommendation rate between 95% and 97.9%, while also meeting GuildQuality's strict survey participation requirements.

Because the award evaluates customer feedback collected throughout the entire calendar year, it represents consistent excellence, not just a single successful project.
