The Grove
You will soon be able to see our newest Jonesport Elevation in a new section of St. James called the Grove. Currently under construction with a spring 2016 completion date.
The Leewards
Kent Homes is excited to be building in the Leewards in Brunswick Forest! Our two model homes will be open in early spring 2016!
The Hammock
Another new section we are building in is the Hammock in St. James near SeaSide. Along with some new floor plans, lot/home packages are now available! Our two model homes will be open in March and two spec homes will be open in early spring.
