Award-Winning Designs: Kent Homes Celebrates Success at Parade of Homes

Last week, our Kent Homes team had the pleasure of attending the 2025 Parade of Homes Awards Banquet, and what a fantastic evening it was! Hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA), this year's celebration was extra special as we honored the 60th anniversary of the WCFHBA—a major milestone in our local building industry.
The banquet was a night to remember, filled with camaraderie, laughter, and appreciation for a successful year across the homebuilding community. We were proud to be among so many talented builders, designers, and industry professionals who are shaping the future of homebuilding in southeastern North Carolina. We’re excited to share that Kent Homes took home two awards this year!

It’s always an honor to have our designs recognized, especially in such a competitive and creative market. We pour a lot of heart and craftsmanship into every detail, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see that resonate with others.
