Impacts of Hurricane Idalia

Due to the severity of expected weather from Hurricane Idalia, the Kent Homes office will be closed tomorrow as we want to make sure everyone is as safe as possible and with their families during this storm. We expect to be back in the office and/or back to work Friday (conditions depending). Stay safe everyone!

Important updates:
• For homeowners currently under construction, Project Managers will contact them to let them know we are taking precautions and will provide them with updates on their home Friday.
• Project Managers have prepared job sites to make them as safe as possible for the expected wind and rain.
• The Warranty team has also sent precautionary emails with guidance for homeowners currently under warranty.
