St. James Plantation Builders Guild ![]() Being a part of this prestigious group means that we live up to rigorous standards that are determined through a rigorous, 5-point review process – so that St. James can recommend us and take the guess work out of selecting your home builder. We have earned our membership in this group in part by our dedication to maintaining one of the highest satisfaction rates in the industry. National Association Of Home Builders (NAHB) ![]() Kent Homes has partnered with the National Association Of Home Builders in our continued effort to strengthen our organization so that we can continue to provide an experience that goes beyond our customers expectations. The NAHB supports its members by providing resources that help builders continually improve their practices and products. CBUSA
CB/USA is made up of over 250 builders in 13 cities leveraging 3000 home starts and $1.98B in material and labor spending annually. Together CB/USA members gain significant purchasing advantage in partnership with more than 700 suppliers. These savings are then passed to prospective home buyers. CB/USA was started in 2004 by builders, for builders as a way to band together to save money and garner better services to enhance their offerings to potential clients. The group grew from a local entity in Northern Virginia to a national network in 2005 when the idea was formalized and extended into Houston, Wilmington, Atlanta, New Mexico and Raleigh. SMA Builders Coaching Group The SMA Builders Group program is designed to form groups of builders (up to 10–12 companies) from non-competing markets with similar business models and near term goals to better serve their market. Group members share common information on problems, success strategies and create a synergy that would take an individual company much longer to cultivate. Members become more systems oriented (the SMA specialty), and develop a more efficient approach to product development, sales and purchasing. Members build a business around the correct principles of financial, personnel and operations management while using the SMA industry professionals as their "coaching staff". |
