Karen Hancock – Operations Administrator

A graduate of Florida State University, Karen moved to Wilmington from Atlanta, where she worked in project management for a telecommunications software company overseeing call center software implementations. She also has an extensive background in customer service and sales. Karen’s responsibilities as Operations Administrator at Kent Homes include creating and maintaining the selections database, obtaining building permits, handling Architectural Review Board submittals, and working with homeowners on their selections at our state-of-the-art Design Showroom. Karen has two young children and enjoys competitive tennis.
